DRAWING DIGITISATION
In today's construction industry, digital drawings are the expected standard. Many contractors, particularly Mechanical & Electrical contractors, do not have 'in-house' CAD facilities, and can often lose out on work as a result. At CAD STUDIO, as well as producing our own drawings, we can digitise any hand drawing, old or new, whether it is part of a live project, or to simply update digital building records.
We can also undertake 'clean-ups' and 'mark-ups' of digital files, to add or remove any unwanted markings or annotations.
Using our CAD software, we can clean-up, mark-up, annotate and modify just about any digital file that you provide to us.
2D DIGITAL DRAWING
Our accurate, scaled 2D drawings form the basis of all our Planning & Building applications, and are in line with the architectural industry best practices for digital drawing and presentation standards. From small scale extensions and loft conversions to large scale developments, we have the knowledge and facilities required to meet the demands of your project brief. Our digital drawings can be presented on a variety of mediums, including hard copies (any size up to A1), electronic files, cd's and dvd's.
3D DIGITAL MODELLING
Digital 3D models are particularly useful for space planning, and can help you decide how to best utilise the floor space that you have available, and can be the difference with successfully presenting a scheme to Planning.
